By purchasing these models and files, you understand and agree to the following.
This avatar is currently NOT built for quest, but will be in the near future.

What you CAN do:
-Re-texture/Re-design this avatar in any way you see fit.
-Use their assets on other avatars.
-Replace assets, add to, and/or re-rig them.
-Use them for streaming, vtubing, youtubing, and renders (as long as you credit me as the base creator).
-Make commissions for others under these conditions:
   A) If the requester DID NOT buy the package, you are only allowed to upload the commission to their account.
   B) If the requester DID buy the package, you are allowed to give them all of the files to their commission.
-Upload custom versions publicly as long as you have a link to this gumroad and the discord in your
 world/avatar description.(Please give credit to the creator before upload).
-Make and sell your own assets made for these models with a link to the base page provided in the description.
-Make edit versions to sell on Gumroad under these conditions:
   A) The price must be above the price of the original base package (over 40$ for individual edits, over 60% for couple packages)
   B) The only file that can be sold is the completed UNITY package! No Blender files, SPP files, PSD files, or any other "source" files. This includes your custom blender, spp, psd files.
   C) Please credit me/my gumroad in you gumroad description as the original base creator
   D) You may use assets from them on your commercially sold edits
   E) DO NOT use the default versions textures for your edits! Please be more unique than that!

What you CAN'T Do:
-Redistribute any files or assets from this package.
-Publicly post these avatars in their original states.
-Resell any assets/files in this package.
-Take credit for the creation of the models and/or their files.
-Use the model in harmful/hateful ways.
-Use these in the creation of/anything related to NFTs.
